James E. Turner - President

Jim has 25 years of experience in marketing. He specializes in event execution, corporate community partnership programs, economic development, ethnic marketing, and promotions. Jim’s clients have included Kraft Foods, Inner City Broadcasting, Coventry Health Plan, Mercy Health Plan, Mobil Oil, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Development Partnership, Chester city, and faith-based organizations. He has successful produced over 500 events with an average attendance of 10,000 people.

Jim serves as the chairman of the Governor’s Targeted Community Revitalization and Crime Prevention Advisory Committee, Commissioner on the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, Chairman of the City of Chester’s Planning Commission. He is also an active board member of The United Way of Delaware County, Chester Youth Collaborative, Chester Youth build, Chester Boys and Girl Club, Community Capital Works, the Chester Business and Community Development Corporation, Widener Partnership Charter School, the President’s Advisory Board of Widener University, Eastern University Charter School, and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.

Phillip Z. Zeo – Chief Financial Officer

Phillip Zeo is a 35 year veteran of the concert production industry. He is a Principal Partner of a dynamic production company (Zeo Productions) that is a national leader in touring and conference audio visual production. Phillip brings experience in producing high-level events around the world.

Phillip holds a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, and an MBA from Villanova University.

Daniel J. Zeo – VP, Production

Professionally, Daniel has been in the event production industry for over 35 years. He has overseen the successful execution of thousands of festivals, concert tours, and promotional events throughout the country.

Daniel attended the University of Phoenix to earn his BS/BM in Business Management.

TL Holmes – VP, Marketing

TL Holmes is the President of Media Concepts Group, Inc., a full-service marketing & media firm based in New York City. With over 15 years experience in the entertainment industry, TL brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of radio, marketing and media.

As a self-starter and energetic businessman, TL has been the recipient of several industry awards, including a key to the city from the Mayor of Birmingham, AL.
